**What are we looking for?**

With over 25 years of experience in web radiology, RamSoft is dedicated to delivering award-winning, fully customizable, feature-rich solutions for healthcare providers around the world. We're currently seeking an intermediate level Cloud-centric Network Administrator with a significant and in-depth understanding of IPSec-based VPN technology.

RamSoft has an extremely large ecosystem of customer VPNs, and this individual would become instrumental in implementing and maintaining these.

What will you bring to RamSoft?*
- At least 5+ years of networking experience
- Experience with Cloud networking concepts (Azure & AWS)
- Experience with IPsec site-to-site VPN technologies, specifically Azure VNG-based, but also other third-party vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of all aspects of the VPN negotiation lifecycle
- Experience with both Route and Policy based VPNs
- Experience with Ikev1 and Ikev2 based VPNs
- Experience with PFSense Firewalls and VPNs
- Ability to perform deep dive troubleshooting to determine root causes of VPN issues
- Experience working with troubleshooting tools such as packet capture, Wireshark, iperf, etc.
- Ability to liaise with customer IT technicians to enable new VPNs and troubleshoot issues
- Ability to self-prioritize based on severity and due dates
