**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quality Control and Analysis**:

- Conduct routine chemical, physical, and microbiological tests on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished beverages.
- Analyze pH levels, acidity, viscosity, sugar content (Brix), and other critical parameters.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.

**Product Development Support**:

- Assist in developing and testing new beverage formulations and flavors.
- Perform stability studies and shelf-life testing for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to optimize production processes.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory tests and analyses.
- Prepare and submit quality control and R&D reports as required.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal of chemical reagents and samples.

**Equipment Maintenance**:

- Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory equipment, including spectrophotometers, refractometers, and titration devices.
- Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs when needed.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with production, procurement, and quality assurance teams to resolve quality issues.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on laboratory techniques and protocols.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
