**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- **Basic Technical Skills**:

- Understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Good attention to detail to ensure accuracy in automated tests.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting test results and collaborating with team members.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in test automation, including developing and executing automated test scripts.
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- **Skills**:

- Proven ability to design and implement effective automated tests.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking systems.
- Basic understanding of databases and ability to write simple SQL queries is advantageous.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) is a plus.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC) is beneficial.
