**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop and execute creative content ideas for social media platforms, primarily Instagram.
- Create visually appealing static posts, reels, and stories to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to capture photos and videos from service sites for use in content.
- **Social Media Strategy & Engagement**:

- Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to grow our online community.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements for better engagement.
- **Graphic Design & Video Editing**:

- Edit basic videos and design graphics using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe apps.
- Stay updated with social media trends and create content aligned with current trends.
- **Influencer Collaborations & Marketing Initiatives**:

- Identify and coordinate collaborations with influencers and partners.
- Assist in local marketing activities, such as flyer distribution and customer outreach.
- Update and manage Google My Business to improve local visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram.
- Creative mindset with strong visual and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral Draw**, or similar software.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to feedback.
- Passion for design and eagerness to learn.

**Note**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
