**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing laptops based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Provide expert knowledge on the features, specifications, and advantages of various laptop models.
- Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing showroom display that highlights our product offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product performance or warranty.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the computer hardware industry to provide informed recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- 0 - 1 year experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware specifications, brands, and operating systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
