ERP Executive

**Core responsibilities**

**System administration** : Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the ERP system.

**Data management** : Ensure the accuracy and security of data, conduct data audits, and maintain records for students, courses, and faculty.

**Coordination and support**: Act as a liaison between departments and end-users, provide daily support, and troubleshoot problems.

**Academic operations**: Assist with academic processes such as student allocation, exam creations and coordination and managing academic history of the students

**Training**: Train school staff on how to effectively use the ERP system.

**System maintenance**: Assist with ERP upgrades, maintenance, and management reporting.

**Vendor management**: Coordinate with external vendors for system enhancements and support.

**Required skills and qualifications**

**Education**: A bachelor's degree in IT.

**ERP experience**: Proven experience with any ERP supports like Purchase, store, Civil or any CRM

**Technical skills**: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills are required.

**Soft skills**: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are crucial for collaborating with various stakeholders and managing multiple tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
