Role and Responsibilities

Review and analyze MSA's, NDA's, and vendor contract letters.
Prepare employment letters, experience letters, and client and vendor letter drafts for clients.
Manage the end-to-end immigration process for consultants, including coordinating with attorneys and following up on case updates.
File LCA's as per DOL regulations, ensuring on-time filing and maintaining PAF and LCA posting notices.
Handle H-1B amendment, extension, and transfer cases, as well as H4 dependents visa filing, H4 EAD filing, and preparation of supporting documents for PERM/I-140 & Perm Audits.
Maintain immigration and relocation case files, such as Public Access Files (PAF) and PERM documents.
Coordinate and review LCAs with attorneys and provide updates to consultants.
Initiate and complete background checks for consultants.
Assist in the submission of visa categories H-1B, H4, and H4 EAD by preparing and submitting forms like I-129, I-539, and I-765.
Prepare and send weekly reports to on-site counterparts and management.
Assist in filing new H1B registrations annually.
Organize and upload immigration documents on the server, including receipts, RFEs, approvals, and denial copies.
Perform other immigration HR-related duties as required.
Assist consultants with petition-related issues, including filing H1-B, H4, and GC petitions.
Review DS-160 forms for consultants and prepare and submit immigration documents to USCIS.
Manage and track H1-B, GC, and immigration documents in the H1-BGC system.
Handle timesheets, invoicing, and payroll maintenance.

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years of experience in US Immigration in a consulting company.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with changing information.

**Required Skills**:
Experience in end-to-end immigration process and compliance.
Knowledge of H1-B, LCA, and PERM processes.
Proficient in preparing and submitting immigration forms, such as I-129, I-539, and I-765.
