**Job Summary**:
The Finance Executive will oversee the financial aspects of work orders and contracts within the organization. This includes cost allocation, budgeting, compliance, invoice management, and financial reporting to ensure optimal cost efficiency and adherence to company policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Work Order Management**: Monitor financial aspects of work orders, ensuring budget allocation, cost tracking, and adherence to organizational policies. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.
- **Contract Oversight**: Manage financial elements of contracts, including reviewing terms, tracking budgets, ensuring compliance, and negotiating payment schedules. Monitor contract execution to mitigate financial risks.
- **Financial Reporting & Compliance**: Prepare reports on work orders and contracts, support internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- **Invoicing & Payment Management**: Review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance, manage payment approvals, and work with accounts payable to resolve discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/CA/ICWA preferred).
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of financial management experience, with a focus on work orders and contracts. Experience with cost accounting, vendor management, and project-based finance preferred.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in financial management software (SAP, Oracle, Tally), advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, communication, negotiation skills, and knowledge of compliance regulations.
