**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate barcode printing software and generate labels as per order requirements
- Prepare accurate and timely packing lists using MS Excel
- Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain records of orders dispatched and follow up on pending shipments
- Assist in basic data entry and support accounting tasks related to dispatches
- Maintain filing systems and documentation for audit and tracking purposes
- Communicate with internal teams regarding stock availability and shipment schedules

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a similar role
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel** (including formulas, formatting, and basic data management)
- Familiarity with **barcode generation and printing** is a must
- Basic understanding of **accounting entries** and inventory processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Punctual and reliable with the ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Experience in an export or warehouse environment is a plus
