We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Clinical Research Coordinator. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about clinical research to gain hands-on experience in coordinating and supporting clinical trials.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the coordination and management of clinical trials under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Participate in the recruitment, screening, and enrollment of participants for clinical studies.
- Support the scheduling and conducting of study visits, ensuring participant comfort and compliance with protocols.
- Assist in data collection, entry, and maintenance of accurate and detailed participant records.
- Aid in the organization and management of study supplies and inventory.
- Learn and comply with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and study protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth study operations and adherence to guidelines.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to study documentation and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (B.Pharm/M.Pharm/ Pharm D/ MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ MD/ MDS BSc/MSc in Biotech, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc.)
- Strong passion for clinical research and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures.
- Prior internship or coursework related to clinical research is a plus but not required.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
