**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and use this information to guide marketing efforts.
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
- Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and ensure that marketing materials are aligned with sales goals.
- Manage social media accounts and create content for online marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the planning and execution of events and trade shows.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and report on key metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
- MBA in Marketing or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing automation and CRM software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
