**Responsibilities**:
Freight forwarding background experience.

Export & Import documentation.

Communicate with customers and provide exceptional service

Learn all aspects of logistics/ exports/ Imports

Prepare documents and invoices

Perform data entry

Logistics Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Dynamic customer rapport; professional

Basic accounting knowledge

Sound troubleshooting skills

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
