**Responsibilities**:

- **Database Integration**: Work with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.) databases to manage, query, and optimize data storage.
- **API Design & Integration**: Develop and integrate **RESTful APIs** with front-end systems, ensuring seamless communication between client and server.
- **Security Practices**: Implement basic security features, such as authentication and authorization, using **Spring Security**.
- **Unit Testing & Debugging**: Write unit and integration tests using **JUnit** and **Mockito** to ensure high-quality, reliable code.
- **Performance Optimization**: Identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimizing backend systems for better performance and scalability.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with frontend developers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest developments in **Spring Boot**, Java, and backend technologies to enhance your skills.
- **Version Control**: Use **Git** to manage source code and collaborate effectively with the development team.
- **CI/CD Practices**: Learn and contribute to **CI/CD pipelines** to automate builds and deployments.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Freshers or up to 3 years of experience as a **Spring Boot Developer** or Java-based backend developer.
- **Strong Java & Spring Boot Knowledge**: Solid understanding of **Java** and **Spring Boot** framework, including **Spring MVC** and **Spring Security**.
- **Database Knowledge**: Familiarity with **relational databases** (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.).
- **RESTful API Development**: Experience or academic exposure to developing and consuming **RESTful APIs**.
- **Version Control**: Experience with **Git** for version control and managing collaborative development.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Cloud Exposure**: Exposure to cloud platforms such as **AWS**, **Azure**, or **Google Cloud**.
- **CI/CD Tools**: Exposure to **Jenkins**, **GitLab**, or similar tools for automation of builds and deployments.
- **Testing Frameworks**: Familiarity with **JUnit**, **Mockito**, and other testing tools.
