Job Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Digital Campaigns**: Support the team in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- **Social Media Management**: Help manage social media accounts by creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to increase brand visibility.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Learn and assist with keyword research, on-page SEO, and link-building strategies to improve website search rankings.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor and report on key performance metrics for campaigns, analyzing results to provide actionable insights and optimize future strategies.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience behavior to inform campaign strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: A recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Basic Understanding of Digital Marketing**: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, SEO, and basic Google Analytics knowledge is a plus.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Interest in data analysis and the ability to interpret metrics to make informed decisions.
- **Creative and Adaptable**: A creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to new trends and technologies.
- **Proactive Learner**: Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude toward feedback and growth.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
