**Key Responsibilities**:
**For Graphic Designers**:

- Create visually appealing and impactful designs for various educational materials, including brochures, infographics, presentations, and digital content.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure designs align with educational objectives and branding guidelines.
- Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics.
- Revise and edit designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to keep our materials fresh and engaging.

**For Content Writers**:

- Develop clear, engaging, and informative content for educational resources, including articles, lesson plans, and online courses.
- Research and write content that aligns with Bodmas Education’s mission and target audience.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guides.
- Collaborate with the design team to create complementary visual content.
- Stay informed about the latest educational trends and topics to incorporate into content.

**Qualifications**:
**For Graphic Designers**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (for freshers) or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**For Content Writers**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (for freshers) or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to write in a clear, engaging, and informative style.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with SEO and content management systems is a plus.
