
Sales Executive Intern

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in reviewing, organizing, and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from prospective clients.
- Support the creation of compelling, accurate, and compliant proposal documents aligned with client requirements.
- Work with Sales Managers, Product/Tech teams, and Legal to gather content and solution inputs.
- Maintain a library of standard RFP content, including company profiles, case studies, service descriptions, and templates.
- Format and proofread proposals to ensure professional presentation and compliance.
- Track RFP timelines and submission schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct background research on target clients, competitors, and market trends to enhance proposal strategy.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, English, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent written communication and document structuring skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict formatting and submission guidelines.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with PDF tools and collaboration platforms like Google Docs or SharePoint.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
