ARCHITECT / PROJECT COORDINATOR (MUMBAI)

1) Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, coordinating between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal team members.

2) Coordinate project management activities and drawings.

3) Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.

4) Manage the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.

5)Coordinating with a team and consultants like electrical, plumbing, structure.

6)Should have experience in coordinating between various consultants for dwgs of residential buildings.

7) Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.

8) Address and resolve client and project-related issues promptly and effectively.

9) Provide guidance and support to junior staff and assist in the coordination of team activities.

10) Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.

11)Should have completed at least one project from start to end.

12)Should have experience in vendor finalisation and rate finalisation for various finishing items.

13) Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.

14) Open to Travel to Panvel/ pune.

15) STRONG command on Auto-cad. Tests will be taken to check the speed.

**Experience** - 3 to 5yrs

**Salary -** 50K- 70K
