Location: - Bengaluru ( 1st & 2nd Floor Brigade Magnum Devanahalli Airport Road A Wing, B Wing, Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560092)

**Hiring Process Analysts (Non-Voice - Work from Office) for one of the leading MNCs into Insurance & Risk Management**
- Working hours-8 hours 45 minutes(5 days of working)
- Work Location-Bangalore(Kodigehalli gate) **currently work from office**
- 2 ways of cab facility would be provided(transport radius would be 15 to 18 km)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Work profile would be for the Insurance and F&A-related process.

All processes are non-voice and back end operations

Will be interacting only with clients and not customers using computers and the internet extensively.

Viewing and capturing details on the system.

Using computers and the internet extensively.

Non-voice and back-end operations.

Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Are good team players, independent, meticulous, proactive, attentive to details, self-motivated, and able to adapt to new challenges.

Viewing and capturing details on system Skills and Competencies.

**Requirement**

Good academic record (50% or above).

Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).

Proficiency in tools such as MS Word and Excel.

Basic knowledge in insurance or finance.

Willingness to work in any shift as below.

6.00 am to 2.45 pm

3.00 pm to 11.45 pm

9.00 pm to 5.45 am

6.00 pm to 2.45 am

**Qualification**

BBM, BBA, BA, MBA, Bcom, Mcom graduates, and Post Graduates with 50% aggregate and no backlogs.
BE, Btech, BCA, BSc IT, etc. (2019-2020 pass outs not eligible) Graduation & PG aggregate should be less than 60%

About Aptitude Test:
30 Marks - English Grammar
20 Marks - Logical Reasoning
20 Marks - Insurance Bases Question
20 Marks - Accounts Based Questions

**Salary**: From ₹14,700.00 per month
