**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all plant operations during the assigned shift, including fermentation, distillation, evaporation, and dehydration processes.
- Ensure smooth and safe running of the plant by monitoring process parameters and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Execute the daily production plan and report any deviations or issues.
- Maintain shift-wise logs, reports, and production records accurately.
- Coordinate with the maintenance, QC, and EHS teams for issue resolution and smooth operations.
- Identify process improvements and support implementation for higher efficiency and reduced downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards during shift operations.
- Supervise and guide operators and technicians on shift; ensure proper manpower allocation and discipline.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, process upsets, or safety concerns and escalate as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering** or equivalent.
- **3+ years** of hands-on experience in **grain-based or molasses-based ethanol distilleries**.
- Strong understanding of ethanol production unit operations.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards applicable to distilleries.
- Proficient in maintaining operational logs and shift reports.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle plant emergencies calmly and efficiently.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
