Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
3D Visualization:
1. Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials.

3. Produce photorealistic renderings and animations.

4. Collaborate with designers and architects to understand project requirements.

**Design Support**:
1. Assist designers in developing and refining design concepts.

2. Provide 3D visualization expertise to inform design decisions.

3. Create 3D models for design development and presentation.

**Software and Technical**:
1. Proficient in 3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender).

2. Experienced with rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Arnold).

3. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

**Project Management**:
1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

2. Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

3. Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Visualization, Graphic Design, Architecture, or related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in 3D visualization.

3. Portfolio showcasing impressive 3D visualization work.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills:
1. Experience with VR/AR technologies.

2. Familiarity with interior design and architecture software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).

3. Certification in 3D visualization software.
