**Job Title**: Telesales Executive (Banking - Credit Cards/Loans)
**Location**: DLF PHASE 2
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell credit cards, loans, or other banking products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information over the phone.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an updated customer database.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and guidelines during calls.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in banking or financial products.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of banking products like credit cards and loans.
