**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Leadership**:

- Develop and implement the school's academic vision and mission.
- Promote a culture of academic excellence and innovation.
- **School Management**:

- Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of faculty and staff.
- Maintain positive relationships with parents, community members, and stakeholders.
- Address student discipline and welfare issues.
- **Faculty Development**:

- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for faculty and staff.
- Evaluate faculty performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- **Student Development**:

- Promote student growth and development through academic, extracurricular, and co-curricular activities.
- Provide guidance and support to students.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, community members, and stakeholders.
- Represent the school in the community and participate in relevant events and initiatives.
- Advocate for the school's interests and needs.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
