**Job Overview**:
Assurance Developers is looking for a dynamic **Instagram Content Creator** who can confidently present on camera, create engaging video content, and edit and publish reels to boost our brand’s presence. If you have a passion for storytelling, real estate, and social media trends, this role is perfect for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Camera Presentation**: Confidently present property highlights, site visits, project updates, and behind-the-scenes content in an engaging manner.
- **Content Creation**: Plan, script, and shoot high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, Stories, and IGTV.
- **Video Editing**: Edit and enhance videos with transitions, captions, and effects to ensure high engagement.
- **Social Media Management**: Schedule and publish reels, track performance, and engage with the audience.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends and implement them into content strategy.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
- Experience in video content creation and editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Knowledge of Instagram’s algorithm, trends, and engagement strategies.
- Creativity in scripting and storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of real estate or an interest in the industry is a plus.
