Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

- Total Experience : 5 Years in accounting field
- Minimum Experience : 3 -4Years Proven experience in internal or external auditing with a focus on resort or hospitality industry operations.

As an Internal Auditor you will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing our resort's internal controls, financial operations, and operational processes. You will work closely with various departments to assess risk, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance the overall efficiency and guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audit Planning**: Develop comprehensive audit plans, including scope, objectives, and methodologies, tailored to the unique operations of a resort property.
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify and evaluate financial, operational, and compliance risks specific to the resort industry, and develop audit programs to address these risks.
- **Operational Audits**: Conduct audits and reviews of resort operations, including front desk, food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure quality and efficiency.
- **Financial Audits**: Review financial transactions, accounts, and statements to verify accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed audit documentation, including work papers, findings, and recommendations specific to resort operations.
- **Guest Experience**: Assess the guest experience, including customer service standards, cleanliness, and amenities, to ensure a memorable and enjoyable stay.
- **Reporting**: Prepare audit reports that summarize findings, conclusions, and recommendations, and communicate results to resort management and stakeholders.
- **Follow-up**: Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations, ensuring the timely resolution of identified issues that impact guest satisfaction.
- **Compliance**: Stay current with relevant hospitality industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance in all audit activities.

**Other Qualifications**:

- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive (CHAE) designation preferred.
- Knowledge of resort-specific operations, guest experience, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using auditing software and tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a resort environment.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.
