- Design and develop mechanical components and assembliesfor compressors, ensuring compliance with industry standards.- Perform stress analysis,thermal analysis, and vibration analysis of compressor components.- Utilize CAD software (such as CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create detailed design models and technical drawings.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and RCD,to improve product performance.- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysisto optimize design and material selection.- Evaluate and troubleshoot design issues,implementing necessary modifications to enhance efficiency and reliability.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISOstandards, and company guidelines.- Support prototype development,testing, and validation processes.- Provide technical support for manufacturing and field service teams as needed.- Experience in Piping layout design, component selection & Engineering Change Management, preferably Engineering release using PLM tools. (Agile PLM, Windchill, TeamCenter etc.)
