**Job Description: PPC Expert (Google & Meta Ads)**

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Strategy & Management**: Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across **Google Ads** (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and **Meta Ads** (Facebook, Instagram).
- **Optimization & Bidding**: Continuously monitor campaign performance, manage daily/monthly budgets, and optimize bidding strategies to maximize **ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)** and lower **CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)**.
- **Testing & Iteration**: Conduct rigorous **A/B testing** on ad copy, ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation to drive continuous performance improvement.
- **Audience & Targeting**: Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and segment creation (e.g., lookalikes, custom audiences) to ensure campaigns reach the most qualified prospects.
- **Tracking & Reporting**: Implement conversion tracking, manage UTM parameters, and use tools like Google Analytics to measure and attribute campaign success. Provide weekly reports with clear, actionable insights.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure all ad creatives and messaging are compelling and aligned with campaign goals.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience: 5+** years of dedicated experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns.
- **Platform Expertise**: Proven mastery of **Google Ads** and **Meta Business Suite**.
- **Analytics**: Strong proficiency with **Google Analytics (GA4)** and ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- **Technical Skills**: Understanding of conversion tracking implementation (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel).
- **Attributes**: Analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for staying current with platform updates and industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
