**PGT English Teacher (Female) - Job Description**

**Position**: PGT English Teacher
**Location**: Scholars Global School, Bahadurgarh,Haryana
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level
**Qualification**: Postgraduate degree in English with B.Ed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plans and delivers engaging English lessons for senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII).
- Develop lesson plans in accordance with CBSE curriculum.
- Conduct assessments, examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students in academic and extracurricular literary activities.
- Utilize modern teaching methodologies, including digital tools and interactive learning techniques.
- Maintain discipline and create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and school events.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong command over English language and literature.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for teaching with innovative pedagogical approaches.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students.
- Proficiency in technology-enabled teaching (Smart Boards, Online Platforms, etc.).
- Effective classroom management and organizational skills.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Experience in preparing students for board examination
- Previous experience in a reputed school is an advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
