**Job Description: Junior Telecaller (Digital Marketing)**

**Salary Range**: ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Note**: This role is office-based in Adampur, Punjab. Immediate joiners preferred.

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Junior Telecaller** to support our digital marketing sales team. This role is ideal for freshers passionate about sales and eager to kickstart their career in digital marketing. You will engage potential clients, generate leads, and assist in converting prospects into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Make outbound calls to prospects, introduce our services, and generate interest in digital marketing solutions (SEO, Social Media Ads, Website Development).
- **Client Engagement**: Provide basic information about services, address initial queries, and nurture leads for the sales team.
- **CRM Management**: Accurately log interactions, update lead statuses, and track follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Assist senior sales executives in preparing proposals, scheduling meetings, and managing client databases.
- **Learning & Adaptation**: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to communicate effectively with prospects.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:
Minimum qualification: Class 12th (Higher Secondary). Graduates or diploma holders in Marketing/IT/Communications are preferred but not mandatory.
**Technical Skills**:

- Basic familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., social media, SEO) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for data entry and reporting.

**Language Skills**:

- Fluency in **Hindi** and **Punjabi** (spoken).

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication skills with a friendly, confident phone demeanor.
- Passion for sales and a proactive attitude to learn and grow.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
