**Job Description**:

- Training NHT batches while ensuring maximum throughput
- Driving activation of the certified advisors during their POST NHT period
- Regular skill based sessions based on the audit report
- Conducting sessions basis the TNI/TNA report shared by the Quality team
- Taking responsibility to enhance the advisors performance under BQ program
- Content Creation which includes PPT creation, Voice overs & preparing flyers on new updates
- Driving learning through iLearn platform (Digital)
- To fulfil the requirement of need based sessionsExperience Range:
2 - 5 years
