Position/Title Retail Co-ordinator

Reporting to Chief Growth Officer

Job Purpose
- Primary responsibility of this position is to build and maintain the

dashboard platform/processes and to address to any data related needs

of the organization
- Work with cross functional team for smooth flow of data and

information
- Keep track of all ongoing projects and tasks of Retail function

Role, &

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Sales reporting on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis
- Co-ordinating with Sales Team, other departments and stores on

updates/Sales
- Co-ordinate with various function teams for collecting data, and giving

data a structured format, that helps management in taking the right

decisions
- Maintaining data of schemes/offers offered to stores
- SPOC for all post sales/back-end operations

(issues/returns/cr.notes/..etc)
- Keep track on all critical tasks and projects for the vertical
- Collaborate with all internal functions and ensure smooth flow of

information and completion of tasks smoothly

Key Performance

Measures

Highlight the management on various goals and performance indicators. These

will depend on the focus area for the year. Overall success of your role will

depend on the following measures but not limited to:

- Generate weekly business/Sales MIS and develop actionable insights

(Business dashboard)
- Data validation and attention to detail is required as this role.
- Sales promotion activities update

Experience &
Preferred Skills
- Min, Full time Graduate from a reputed institute
- Minimum 4 years of experience of working with sales analytics/building

complex MIS and dashboards.
- He should be a good communicator
- He must be excellent with MS - Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS word, Google

Docs
- He should carry analytical thinking as he is expected to work with the

sales data.
- Excellent inter personal skills to engage effectively with external and

internal team members.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
