The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cash management operations, such as cash handling, check processing, return items and lock-box operations
- Provide processing assistance for firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity
- Aid with processing firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity
- Participate in compliance related activities to minimize losses
- Assist with cash & trade operational project needs

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills

**Education**:

- High School diploma or equivalent

The Teller is a position responsible for assisting with the execution of branch activities including the day to day delivery of client-facing services and processing transactions in coordination with the Customer Service function
The Teller provides a quality service at the window through the operation of services and products.
Verify that the movements of cash transmitted at the end of the day coincide with the accounting and cash closing to obtain cash settlement and avoid immobilizations.
Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide a positive first impression through friendly and efficient customer service
Complete basic and advanced Teller transactions, including liquidation, draft issuances, in house transfers, draft cancellations, and account updates
Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures
Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions including managing cash supply for the branch, processing incoming/outgoing cash deposits, and maintaining branch vault cash
