Key Responsibilities

Conceptualization and Creation: Develop and execute high-quality CGI assets, including characters, environments, and props.

Transform concepts and storyboards into realistic 3D models and animations.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with directors, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver on creative vision.

Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and brainstorm new ideas.

Technical Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Houdini) for modeling, texturing, rigging, and rendering.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest CGI techniques, tools, and trends.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all CGI assets meet high standards of quality and consistency. Conduct thorough testing and reviews to identify and resolve any issues or defects.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of assets and adherence to project deadlines.

Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a CGI Artist.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, and rendering.

Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and compositing.

Experience with motion capture and character animation is a plus.

Artistic Ability: Excellent eye for detail, composition, color, and design.

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of CGI work, from photorealistic renders to stylized animations.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt to changing project requirements.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
