As a GST Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for managing litigation cases, representing clients in various forums, and ensuring compliance with GST regulations. You will work closely with senior legal professionals, assist in legal research, and provide strategic advice on resolving complex GST issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle GST litigation matters, including appearing before GST authorities, tribunals, and appellate forums.
- Draft legal notices, petitions, appeals, replies, and other legal documents related to GST disputes.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on GST-related litigation and compliance issues.
- Stay updated on developments in GST laws and regulations and advise clients on any changes.
- Represent clients in hearings, discussions, and meetings with tax authorities.
- Conduct legal research on complex GST issues and precedents.
- Assist in settlement negotiations and resolution of disputes.
- Prepare case files and maintain up-to-date records of all legal proceedings.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- CA/ LLB preferable although not mandatory.
- 3-4 years of experience in handling GST litigation matters.
- Strong knowledge of the Goods and Services Tax Act and related regulations.
- Experience in representing clients before GST authorities, Appellate Tribunals, and other forums.
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
