We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Sales Executive to manage client relationships, support the field sales team, and ensure smooth order processing. The role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and systematic follow-up processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage active and dormant client database, implement reactivation strategies
- Process orders, coordinate with production and dispatch for timely delivery
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Support field sales team with client information and documentation
- Generate sales reports and maintain updated CRM records
- Prepare quotations and follow up on payment collections
- Coordinate with logistics for efficient delivery planning
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration
- 1-2 years’ experience in back-office sales operations
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Experience in client database management
- Basic knowledge of industrial products preferred
- Problem-solving and customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
