**Position Summary**:
We are hiring a driven and detail-oriented **Investment Banking Intern** to support our OVC operations. You will work directly with the CIO and COO to identify high-potential investments, support due diligence, and contribute to scaling innovative companies. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow in the venture capital world and make a tangible impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Investment Research & Deal Sourcing**:
Identify and analyze startups, industries, and emerging trends. Help source deals and track innovation ecosystems.
- **Due Diligence**:
Evaluate business models, financials, management teams, and prepare investment reports with key insights and recommendations.
- **Investment Evaluation**:
Assess scalability, product-market fit, and operational challenges of potential investments.
- **Financial Modeling**:
Create and maintain robust financial models, projections, and analyze KPIs for ongoing assessments.
- **Portfolio Management Support**:
Track performance of portfolio companies and support in identifying operational improvements.
- **Collaboration**:
Work cross-functionally with the COO and team to ensure alignment between investment strategy and operational execution**.**
- **Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- _(Master’s/MBA )_
- Strong background in economics, statistics, corporate finance, and accounting
- Excellent analytical skills—can dissect financial statements and understand business models
- Passion for venture capital, startups, and investment strategy
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, independent thinker with a collaborative mindset.
