**What you will be doing**
- Help to implement SRE Principles & Practices and Application Support with Engineering mindset in Application Production Support team
- Going to work on breadth of technologies, should be ready to learn / exhibit breadth of technologies to understand the systems and implement SRE practices
- Understand complete echo system andMandatory participation in Triages/Root cause analysis of issues and plan for fixing them
- Work as per SLI, SLO and Error Budgets. Identification and reduction of TOIL,SRE Tools, Automation and AI/ML
- Participate in Technical discussions with Architects / Dev / DBA / SysAdmin etc teams to ensure adoption of SRE Principles in building Secure and Reliable systems

**What you bring**:

- 7+ years experience in devops,Docker,Kubernetes ,CI,CD ,Jenkins
- Applications servers WebSphere (Added advantage - JBOSS, Tomcat and IIS).
- Web servers (Apache, IBM HTTP Server, etc..)
- Linux / Unix commands.
- Scripting - Shell, Python (Added Advantage - PowerShell).
- Automation - CI/CD concepts - Jenkins
- Windows Servers
- CI/CD tools - OpenShift, Kubernetes.

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
- Knowledge of Risk & Compliance in Financial services
- Knowledge of Cloud Systems (Azure / AWS)
