**_Duties and Responsibilities: -_**
- Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. In depth knowledge of SEO and ad words programs. Presenting recommendations to Director of Marketing and Communications. Developing and coordinating multimedia packages.
**_Core Competency/Key Skills Requirements: -_**
- Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Framemaker,DreamWeaver, HTML, HTML 5, CSS
- Knowing how to plan and having the ability to manage time.
- Having creative and good presentation skills.
- Know how to plan, create and implement a marketing strategy.
- Understand the key measurement tools available.
- Developing social presence and advocating brands effectively.
- Stay current in marketing trends and news e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithms.
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
- Fix any error in online content and arrange webinars and webcasts
- Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
- Work on SEO of the website pages.
- Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.
- Promote company’s product and services in the digital space.
- Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
- Manage and maintain the organization's website(s).
- Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter etc.
- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s).
- Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites.
- Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management.
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Experience
- Between one and three years in digital communications and marketing.
- On Job trainee with experience of minimum 6 months can also apply.
- Experience or a qualification in graphic design.
- Sound knowledge of HTML/JavaScript, strong knowledge of search engine optimization and advanced Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Internet marketing.
- Social media marketing.

- Content & inbound marketing.

- 10k To 20k (Depending on experience)
**Location: - **Lucknow
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
