**Job Role & Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, understanding and addressing client needs.
- Provide accurate, prompt support to ensure clients feel valued.
- Maintain clear communication and ensure client satisfaction.
- Relay relevant information to clients and internal teams.
- Stay adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
- Ensure adherence to company and hospital policies during interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries.
- Efficiently handle a high volume of calls.
- Prioritize issues and escalate when necessary.
- Route calls to appropriate departments when needed.
- Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and process completion.
- Document call details according to company SOPs.
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate to technical teams.
- Multitask and manage internal software platforms.
**Key Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and empathy for clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work weekends and in different shifts.
- A background in home science is a plus.
- Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Office.
- 1-10 years of international voice process experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices.
- High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach
