Urgently required Stores Executive for one of Heavy Machinery and manufacturing Company.

Experience - 12 to 15 years in inventory management manufacturing Company

Qualification - A bachelor’s degree in Business administration logistics, supply chain management

Loc - Bhiwandi

Job description of Stores Executive

1. Inventory Management - Managing and organizing inventory levels to ensure that stock levels are maintained accurately and efficiently.

2. Stock Control - monitoring stock levels, conducting stock audits, and implementing systems to track inventory movement.

3. Receiving and Dispatching - supervising the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy in quantities and quality of products received and shipped.

4. Warehouse organisation - organizing and optimizing warehouse space for efficient and retrieval of goods.

5. Vendor coordination - communicating with supplier and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve and discrepancies.

6. Quality Control - Ensuring that all products meet quality standards and implementing quality control measures in the factory.

7. Team Management - Leading and managing a team of factory staff including hiring, training, and performance management.

8. Health and safety compliance - Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the factory and promoting a safe working.

9. Inventory Analysis - analysing inventory data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.

10. Reporting - preparing regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and factory performance for management review.
