**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sculpture & Exhibit Design**:

- Conceptualize and design sculptures and exhibits for public spaces, galleries, museums, or events.
- Develop detailed sketches, 3D models, and technical drawings to present design concepts.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs are practical, structurally sound, and aligned with the overall vision of the project.
- Select appropriate materials, textures, and finishes based on the project requirements, budget, and environmental conditions.
- **Project Execution & Installation**:

- Oversee the fabrication and execution of sculptures and exhibits, working with artisans, fabricators, and contractors.
- Ensure precision in the construction, adhering to design specifications, structural safety, and aesthetic quality.
- Supervise on-site installations, ensuring that all elements are executed according to the planned design and meet safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate logistics for transporting, assembling, and installing large sculptures or exhibits.
- **Collaboration & Client Management**:

- Engage with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and project goals.
- Present design concepts, material options, and budget estimates to clients for approval.
- Collaborate with other design professionals, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of sculptures and exhibits into larger projects.
- **Material & Cost Management**:

- Research and source materials, ensuring they meet project requirements for durability, sustainability, and aesthetics.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising the artistic vision.
- Negotiate with vendors, fabricators, and suppliers for the best quality materials within budget constraints.
- **Innovation & Creativity**:

- Stay updated with emerging trends in sculpture and exhibit design, incorporating innovative techniques and materials into projects.
- Explore the use of technology, such as interactive or kinetic elements, to enhance the viewer’s experience.
- **Compliance & Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental considerations.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity of the sculptures and exhibits during and after installation.
- Maintain documentation of the design process, including concept sketches, technical drawings, and material specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture** or a related field.
- Minimum **5 years experience** in exhibit or sculpture design and execution.
- Proven experience in designing and executing large-scale sculptures, exhibits, or installations.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (such as **SketchUp**, **AutoCAD**, or **Revit**) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and structural engineering principles.

**Experience**:
