**Job Brief**:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to drive our bulk booking initiatives in the real estate sector. This role is crucial in expanding our client base, enhancing our market presence, and achieving bulk booking targets.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for bulk bookings.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns targeting bulk booking prospects.
- Coordinate with these entities to promote bulk booking opportunities and secure deals.
- Attend meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key stakeholders to advance bulk booking initiatives.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close bulk booking transactions.
- Plan and manage promotional events, seminars, and exhibitions to showcase bulk booking opportunities

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Proven experience in real estate marketing, particularly in bulk booking or large-scale sales.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, lead generation techniques, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
