**Qualification**:
Graduate in any field
**Profile required**:
- Good spoken and written English communication.
- Able to support and motivate a team.
- Time & priority management
- Work and respond efficiently to UK-based senior managers and India team.
- Adaptability to manage Unpredictable circumstances.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and loyalty towards work.
- Well organized - effective filing and management of documents such as
employment agreements and personal data
- Effective problem-Solving skills
- Adequate software skills with proficiency in excel will be preferred.
**Responsibilities**:
Accounts and Admin related activities on a day-to-day basis.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic form
Managing Payroll
Petty cash management & monthly accounting
Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, etc.
Company phone management. Attend calls even after working hours if/when
necessary, assisting with business or/personal matters.
Organizing team building activities, soft skill training and events
Booking travel arrangements and accommodation for clients
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
Purchase and maintain inventory for office housekeeping, stationery and
administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
Establish supplier relations
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Travel to Ahmedabad office whenever required
Recruitment & HR support and backup
Manage office boy and overlook hygiene of office premise
Participate in training activity

- Individual employees would also be covered under the Personal
Accident policy applicable only in case of any accidents / related disability up to
INR 5 Lakh.

**Terms and conditions of the Employment**:
1. After confirmation, if employee decides to leave the company, she/he must
provide a written notice of 60 days in advance. This will allow the company
enough time to hire and train replacement of the employee.
2. If employee fails to perform up to the expectation of company, the company
reserves the right to terminate his/her employment with an immediate notice.
3. Once the appointment letter has been signed and submitted to us all the above
terms and conditions will become effective.
**Additional guidelines**:
- Working Hours: UK Shift
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (All Saturdays)
- No Indian holidays
- The entire office will be under the surveillance of CCTV.
- No mobile phone on desk during work hours
- Salary account with ICICI bank
