**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce Varmora Forge's products and services.
- Identify and research potential leads through various sources, including online databases, industry events, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for lead generation.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of the fasteners industry is a plus, but not required.
