**About the Job**

We are looking for a motivated and energetic person to join our Sales team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will support the lead generation process and help identify potential business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or having 1-2 years of experience in sales to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and business development within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- **Roles And Responsibilities**
- **Lead Qualification**: Help assess incoming leads by evaluating their business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and potential interest in our services.
- **Customer Interaction**: Support the sales team by maintaining communication with leads, addressing basic queries, and gathering information on their requirements.
- **CRM Assistance**: Help maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system, ensuring effective tracking of the lead generation process.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on potential clients and industries to stay updated on market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- **Product Familiarity**: Learn about Network Intelligence’s products and services to assist the sales team and better understand customer needs.
- **Reporting**: Assist in preparing regular reports on lead generation activities and sales outcomes, providing feedback on what works and areas for improvement.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or the cybersecurity industry.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead generation methods is a plus (but not required).
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Enthusiasm for networking and building relationships with potential customers.
