- Assist clients in understanding housing loan options, interest rates, and eligibility.
- Guide customers through the complete banking formalities post-property booking.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with banks and clients to ensure timely loan processing.
- Help resolve customer queries related to banking or financial documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer and bank interactions.
- Build relationships with bank representatives to smoothen loan processes.
- Coordinate with internal sales and documentation teams for customer file updates.
