**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and produce short-form videos, reels, and animated content for social media platforms.
- Edit and enhance raw video footage into polished, professional content.
- Develop eye-catching motion graphics, typography, and transitions to elevate video quality.
- Create high-engagement UGC-style videos that feel authentic and relatable.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and deliver content accordingly.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay updated with trends in video editing, animation, and social media content.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Media, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in motion graphics, reels creation, and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media content formats and current trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and storytelling skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with 2D/3D animation.
- Knowledge of sound design and basic color grading.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or UGC content production.
