As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced **SEO Lead** to drive our SEO efforts and play a critical role in enhancing our online presence. In this senior role, you'll have the opportunity to build and grow the SEO department, with the chance to transition into an **SEO Manager** position after 4 months, along with a performance-based salary increment. You will become an integral part of our company’s family as we grow together.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy Development**: Lead the creation and implementation of SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and improve search rankings for our brands’ websites.
- **Organic Traffic Growth**: Focus on driving high-quality organic traffic to our websites by optimizing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO aspects.
- **Shopify Expertise**: Utilize your expertise in **Shopify** to help improve the SEO performance of our e-commerce websites, including optimizing product pages, category pages, and ensuring SEO best practices are applied to the platform.
- **Keyword Research & Optimization**: Conduct in-depth keyword research, implement effective keyword strategies, and ensure content optimization for better search engine visibility.
- **Cross-Platform Management**: Manage and optimize our **LinkedIn profile** and other important social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- **On-Page & Off-Page SEO**: Oversee the optimization of website content, meta tags, internal linking, and build high-quality backlinks to improve rankings.
- **SEO Audits & Performance Tracking**: Regularly audit websites for SEO performance, track analytics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- **Team Leadership & Development**: As the team grows, you will mentor and guide junior SEO staff, helping them develop their skills and achieve SEO goals.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic.
- **Shopify Knowledge**: Solid understanding of Shopify platform and experience in optimizing Shopify stores for SEO, including product page optimization, theme adjustments, and integrations.
- **Keyword Expertise**: Strong understanding of keyword research, keyword analysis, and the ability to optimize content and websites effectively for target keywords.
- **Social Media Management**: Experience in handling and optimizing **LinkedIn profiles** and other key social media platforms to drive engagement and traffic.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team as the SEO department grows.
- **Analytical & Data-Driven**: Expertise in using SEO tools like **Google Analytics**, **Google Search Console**, **SEMrush**, **Ahrefs**, and **Moz** to track performance and refine strategies.
- **Technical SEO Knowledge**: Familiarity with website development principles and technical SEO best practices (e.g., site speed, mobile optimization, structured data, etc.).
- **Adaptability**: Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the flexibility to handle multiple projects.
