**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain Innovision International's immigration services.
- Identify and qualify leads, and schedule appointments for in-depth consultations with senior consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system and follow up regularly to nurture client relationships.
- Work closely with the sales and consultancy teams to convert leads into clients.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, procedures, and any changes that might impact clients.
- Handle objections, resolve client concerns, and provide prompt and relevant information to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to lead generation and call volumes.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Ability to explain complex processes in a simple and clear manner.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and persuasion skills to convert leads into clients.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
