Liasoning Officer

Job Purpose: To Assist in Liaison Department activities, follow up with government bodies

for the documentation requirement.

Principal Accountabilities:
Enhancement for projects across India

Work closely with the Business Development team to understand various aspects of

the project and required approvals required at each stage

Maintain thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how

that impacts the other entities of contact

various other statutory authorities / external agencies / dignitaries

Coordinate with offices of the regulatory authorities to schedule meetings with Sr.

Manager - BD to obtain the necessary approvals (e.g. Airport NOC, pollution

control board, fire department's approval, feasibility certificate from water works,

police commissioner clearance, municipal clearance) and submit the same to the

concerned state authority

Maintain database of all liaison related documentation; Constantly monitor the same

and ensure timely renewal of approvals / sanctions, where necessary

Qualification / Knowledge / Skills: Graduate / Post Graduate from reputed institute

Job Location: Surat, Gujarat

Timing:9-7 PM

6 Days working

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
