Summary

We are looking for a passionate communication designer to work on a broad palette of design areas such as Graphic Design, Typography, Instructional Design, and Video and

Motion Graphics. The graphic designer/video editor is charged with determining the best ways for us to visually represent our company’s creative products. It is very much a people-oriented job, involving development of high-level creative concepts for design projects including branding, animations and infographics for video, print and social media outlets.

Responsibilities/ Key Roles
- Design and create infographics, video tutorials and social media posts.
- Create and edit cinematic promotional videos
- Create rough and final cuts
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
- Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Communicating with clients about layout and design.
- Competitive analysis and making sure to create content according to the latest market trends.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Education & Experience Required.
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor & Graphic designer
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid

Media Composer, Illustrator, Blender, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and

Final Cut Pro)
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- BS degree in film studies, cinematography, Animation VFX or related field.
- Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign

Quark, and Illustrator.
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- At least 2 years of visual design and video editing experience
- Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and STATA is a plus
- Video shooting skills in a plus

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- East street camp, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
